Omsk Scientific Bulletin is a scientific peer-reviewed journal. The main results of scientific research of scientists, doctoral students, graduate students, undergraduates not only of the Omsk region, but other regions of Russia are considered on the pages of the journal.

The journal "Omsk Scientific Bulletin" has been published since October 1997. From 1997 to 2015 the articles of the journal were devoted to the issues of reforming the region's economy, the education system, health care and the social sphere. Since 2016 the journal has been specializing in technical sciences.
